Paver sealant is an important part of hardscape maintenance that keeps paver patios, walkways, driveways, and pool decks looking brand new. Sealing your paver creates a protective layer against damage from the sun, weather, foot traffic, dirt, and stains.
Seal your paver with a natural look, clear gloss, color-enhancing, or wet finish. Use Wet look or clear gloss for the highest protection by creating a physical barrier of sealant film. Pavers should be sealed every 3 to 5 years. Film-forming sealants will show signs of barrier wear and non-film-forming sealants will appear darker in light rain.
Paver sealing should be scheduled during sunny weather, preferably around 75 degrees. Temperatures should remain within 50 and 90 degrees.
